Questions
What do you buy?
Pokémon and One Piece: raw singles, graded slabs, and sealed product. You can add as many cards as you want to one submission.
Does it cost anything to get an offer?
No. Getting an offer is free, and you do not have to accept it. You can pass on any card.
How long until I get an offer?
We look at submissions during counter hours, Tuesday–Friday, 11–4 CT. You get an email when the offer is ready, and it shows in your ohhVAULT account.
How long is an offer good for?
An offer is good for 24 hours. After that it expires.
Who pays postage?
You pay postage to ship cards to us. On a trade, you pay postage both ways. If we return a card we passed on or declined, you pay the return postage.
What if a card looks different when you get it?
We check every card against your photos. If one does not match, we pass on that card, the total changes, and you see the old and new amount on your submission.
Do I need ID?
For larger payouts we may ask for a photo ID that matches your account.
Can I trade instead of selling?
Yes. Choose ohhVAULT store credit when you accept, then spend it in the ohhVAULT shop.
Can I talk to a person?
Any time. Tap Owlie and choose Talk to a person. We reply during counter hours and by email after hours.
